This project presented us with the unique challenge of an extremely compressed timeline. We were brought in to build a complete digital experience three weeks before their event was to take place. We constructed a marketing, media creation, and web strategy in the first 5 days. In the following 2.5 weeks we grew their social media by over 4000 followers without the use of paid ads.
Once our campaign was underway, we held a 29% conversion rate on the website (industry average is 1.06%), increasing ticket sales and pilot registrations by 300%.
